She helps organisations design work for the AI era and navigate the human side of AI transformation. With 20+ years leading digital and organisational transformations across global enterprises, Robyn combines deep change management and OD expertise with hands-on AI leadership. At Novartis, she held several pivotal digital leadership roles, including redesigning the $2B Global Technology organisation to become AI-first. Earlier, as Change Management Practice Lead within KPMG's People & Change Consulting team, she advised Fortune 500 companies on operating model redesign and workforce enablement across cloud, analytics, and automation programmes. Today, she partners with senior leaders to build AI-forward operating models that make the most of both human and AI capabilities.
