Roger Clark

Roger is Director of Hit Identification & Profiling within Discovery Sciences at IQVIA Labs. He has over 25 years’ experience in small molecule drug discovery, spending several years with AstraZeneca (in roles spanning Hit ID to late-stage profiling of molecules for candidate selection) before joining Charles River Labs in 2018 and then IQVIA Labs in 2026. His current remit sees him leading IQVIA Labs Hit ID & Profiling department in the UK, delivering assay development and execution of molecular target-based and phenotypic campaigns and onwards discovery programs taking molecules towards the clinic for multiple client projects.
