Roland Boekhout

Since joining in 2024, Roland has led ASN Bank's transformation by integrating four retail banking brands into a strong retail brand. Serving 3 million customers ASN Bank is the fourth largest bank in the Netherlands and the only bank offering a nationwide network of branches. Next step is to further simplify its operations and IT landscape, and to achieve growth in its core businesses of mortgages and savings. Roland brings more than 30 years of international banking experience to this role. Prior to joining ASN Bank, he held executive positions at ING and Commerzbank. He also serves as Chair of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
