Rosie Franca

Rosie leads customer experience for Commercial Mid-Market, driving growth, simplification and collaboration. Since joining NatWest Group in 2015,Rosie has held a range of roles across Business Banking, Entrepreneurship, Affluent Banking, and Corporate and Commercial Banking. Before joining NatWest, Rosie spent 10 years in Australia, where she led teams across Retail, Small Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Real Estate Finance, Charities, and Not-for-Profit sectors. Rosie holds an MBA from the University of York and a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She has also completed further qualifications in Executive Leadership and Fintech at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Climate Change at the University of Edinburgh. Rosie is a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia.
