Ross Cohen

Ross Cohen is an advisory partner at Arica Consulting, where he leads a fractional executive practice focused on growing insurance and financial services businesses. As COO of Field Productivity at New York Life, he built the company’s first digital product function and created the digital ecosystem used by over 12,000 agents. He works across marketing, distribution, and product, running them as a unified growth engine. He holds a JD from Harvard and an MBA from Wharton.
