He began his career in traditional options trading, spending two years at a professional prop desk working with volatility strategies and developing a deep understanding of market behaviour. Ruben later joined The5ers, where he spent three years as Head of Risk and Trading, playing a key role in building the firm’s complete risk framework while supporting business, strategic, and operational decisions. Today, as Founder and CEO of RUBIK, Ruben works with proprietary trading firms as a fully integrated risk and execution partner.
