Rupert Lecomber

Rupert brings extensive experience in Asset Management, having worked in the social housing sector specialising in accommodation for older people for over two decades. He joined Housing 21 in 2003 as a Regional Property Services Manager and has since progressed through a series of national roles to his current position as Director of Strategic Asset Management. A Chartered Surveyor since 2005, Rupert began his career as a building surveyor with several social housing providers. At Housing 21, he leads the Asset Management team with a focus on strategic planning, investment delivery, procurement, building safety, and sustainability. This has included transforming the property portfolio through a full modernisation programme of existing and acquired assets. Rupert is passionate about making a positive impact through the continuous improvement and transformation of the homes Housing 21 provides, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and meet the evolving needs of residents.
