Rusne Didziulyte

Rusne Didziulyte is a Principal with Carlyle International Energy Partners fund, based in London. She has over a decade of private equity and investment experience focused on the energy and natural resources sectors. Since joining Carlyle in 2019, Ms. Didziulyte has originated, evaluated, and executed investments across the energy value chain, including upstream oil and gas, LNG, refining and downstream, energy services, and energy transition opportunities. Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Didziulyte held private equity investment roles at A.P. Moller Capital and X2 Resources. She started her career as a metals and mining analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein. Ms. Didziulyte holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
