Russ Wilcox

Russ Wilcox is the founder of Artifex Intelligence, built on the idea that cities don’t need more data, they need to connect the data they already have. Artifex’s platform is a sovereign digital twin, in production today, that reveals risk before it becomes loss and lets cities learn from one another. Russ has advised governments nationally and internationally and authored AI sovereignty legislation now before the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
