Ryan Greenhalgh

Ryan is Head of Safeguarding at Partou, bringing extensive experience in child protection, safeguarding leadership and the development of effective safeguarding cultures across the early years, sport and charity sectors. At Partou, Ryan leads the development and implementation of safeguarding frameworks, policies and procedures, working collaboratively with operational leaders and safeguarding professionals to strengthen practice, promote accountability and ensure children’s welfare remains at the heart of every decision. His work focuses on translating regulatory requirements and safeguarding guidance into practical approaches that can be consistently embedded across nursery settings. Prior to joining Partou, Ryan spent nearly seven years at Manchester City Football Club and City Football Group, leading safeguarding across the UK and MENA regions.
