Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee is a Chartered Cyber Security Professional currently leading NHS England CSOCs Cyber Operations. He leads a team of more than 80 specialists delivering 24/7/365 cyber monitoring, incident response, threat hunting and intelligence services across over 400 health and care organisations. Ryan also sponsors major national cyber improvement initiatives and has helped shape scalable security operations, observability and threat intelligence capabilities supporting millions of devices and identities across the health sector. Ryan previously worked in the UK National Cyber Security Centre, where he investigated sophisticated threats targeting UK critical national infrastructure. His earlier Royal Air Force career included solutions consultancy and deployed network engineering. Ryan is recognised for leading high-impact responses to nationally significant incidents across the NHS and wider public sector.
