Samantha Kingdom

Graduated with an Honours Degree in Psychology from East London University. For over twenty years, Samantha has dealt with complex and highly matrixed internal structures as well as highly regulated and competitive external environments across Australia and Europe. Samantha was Director of Human Resources and Learning and Development for Lilly, responsible for over 500 employees, in Australia and New Zealand. In 2009 Samantha joined Amgen as Business Unit Director Oncology in Australia. Having served on the senior management teams of both Lilly and Amgen in Australia. In 2012 Samantha moved to Switzerland to take on a European Regional role as EU Marketing Director for XGEVA. Taking up this role during the early launch of XGEVA she developed a deep understanding of diversity of the European markets.
