Sarah Crowley

Sarah Crowley is a director in ISDA’s London office, focusing on clearing policy matters globally. As part of her role, she also represents ISDA on the IOSCO Affiliate Members Consultative Committee. Prior to joining ISDA in September 2022, Sarah spent 6 years at the Bank of England, in various policy roles covering clearing issues, the international agenda on non-bank financial intermediation, and the prudential liquidity framework for banks. Prior to that, she worked at ACPR-Banque de France, in banking supervision. Sarah is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris-Dauphine, where she studied economics.
