PDRA, UK Human Functional Genomics Initiative - PPTM Cluster
Dr. Sarah Hassan is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Protein Post-Translational Modification (PPTM) Cluster of the UK Functional Genomics Initiative, led by Dr Matthew Child. She works at the interface of chemical biology and functional genomics to understand how genetic variants disrupt protein post-translational modifications and contribute to rare disease. Her research has centered on building high-throughput experimental and computational pipelines that link clinical variants to PTM dynamics, functional impact, and downstream phenotype.
