Satpal is a former HR and Training professional whose career has spanned multiple sectors, including ten years at a national law firm. During her time in the legal sector, she led firm-wide transformation projects and delivered coaching and development programmes that supported lawyers in reaching their potential. While working full-time, Satpal completed a demanding five-year MSc-level psychotherapy training. Today, she brings together her background in HR and Learning and Development with her in-depth psychotherapeutic expertise, offering a blend of organisational insight and clinical understanding.
