Sean Heron

Sean Heron, CFA, Portfolio Manager, is a founding member of the Derivatives Team at Glenmede Investment Management LP. He is the original architect of the Glenmede U.S. Secured and Global Secured Options strategies and leads a team responsible for providing clients with derivative-based and alternative strategies. Prior to joining GIM, Mr. Heron was part of a proprietary trading team that left Goldman Sachs to form McGowan Investors LP in 2003. He is a CFA Charterholder and has served in a variety of roles with CFA Society of Philadelphia, including as a member of its Board. Mr. Heron also serves as a CFA exam instructor and is an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers, Temple, and Drexel Universities.
