Drawing on over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing with global consumer goods companies, he launched the brand to make healthy, great-tasting food more convenient and accessible to everyone. Now stocked nationwide across leading supermarkets, The Gym Kitchen has grown from an idea to mainstream success. Beyond running his company, he advises on inclusion within FMCG, mentors entrepreneurs, and regularly speaks to inspire the next generation.
