Selvarany Rasiah

Selvarany Rasiah is the Founder and CEO of KLDX, a Securities Commission Malaysia-regulated marketplace for tokenised private-market assets. She brings more than 25 years of capital-markets experience across regulation, market infrastructure, market development and commercial strategy, including senior leadership roles at Bursa Malaysia as Chief Regulatory Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Under Selvarany's leadership, KLDX operates regulated market infrastructure that connects issuers, investors and institutions across the lifecycle of tokenised private-market assets, spanning issuance, distribution, settlement, asset servicing, custody and secondary trading. Her work focuses on the application of tokenisation to private-market asset classes including bonds and sukuk, private credit, funds, equity and other real-world assets, and on the role regulated digital infrastructure can play in making private markets more efficient, accessible and liquid. Selvarany completed the Advanced M
