Sena Mitchell

Sena Mitchell is the Treasury Manager at Florida Municipal Power Agency, where she leads the organization's treasury function. With more than 15 years of treasury experience, she has built her career in municipal finance with covering cash and liquidity management, investments, debt, and banking relationships. Sena serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida chapter of Women in Public Finance. She is committed to supporting emerging finance professionals by connecting students with scholarships, networking, and career development opportunities. Sena holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, an MBA, and the CTP certification.
