Shola Ladeji

Shola Ladeji is the founder of Beyond Institute, a creative development programme making inroads for underrepresented emerging talent. He works as an art director and designer, shaping design language for fast-growing independent magazines, agencies, retail and tech companies. Since emerging from D&AD Shift 2024, he has held stints at both Pearlfisher and Design Bridge & Partners and has sat twice as a Pentawards Pipeline juror. Perseverance gives him a vantage that shapes his belief in what it takes for underrepresented creatives to break into the industry and stay there.
