Sienne Veit

Sienne Veit is a product and digital transformation leader recognised for driving innovation and commercial growth in complex, FTSE organisations. She is currently the senior product coach working with teams across the MoJ to introduce the product operating model. Previously has held executive leadership roles including Chief Product Officer at Kingfisher plc, John Lewis & Partners, Marks & Spencer, Samsung and Sony Computer Entertainment, working at scale across omnichannel commerce, operations, platforms, data and R&D. Her work centres on user centric operating models, product strategy and the redesign of legacy systems and cultures to enable faster experimentation, new business models and sustained growth. Alongside executive leadership, she advises boards, scale-ups and public-sector organisations and is a regular contributor to industry debate on innovation, product leadership and the future shape of digital organisations.
