Silvana Filipponi

Silvana Filipponi is a global executive with over 20 years of experience leading and scaling technology-enabled platforms across payments, mobility, and regulated digital infrastructure. Currently, as the Global Head of Payments Strategy at Arrive, she shapes the payments roadmap, monetization framework, and platform architecture across 90 international markets. Her diverse career spans leadership roles at Visa and American Express, where she managed large-scale commercial partnerships, as well as serving as General Manager for Italy at EasyPark Group, leading regional market expansion and P&L management. In the public sector, Silvana served in the Italian Government's Department for Digital Transformation, leading the national digital identity ecosystem and representing Italy in the EU to drive digital innovation, future-ready frameworks, and cross-border interoperability. In addition to her operational roles, Silvana serves as a Non-Executive Board Director for regulated financia
