Simon Reading

Simon Reading is Director of Product Management at Guidewire, where he leads the development of Guidewire’s AI coding assistant. He focuses on using large language models (LLMs) and agents to boost developer productivity, improve code quality, and eliminate repetitive work. Previously he built integration frameworks that connect Guidewire Cloud to the broader insurance ecosystem and led multiple releases of ClaimCenter. Before joining Guidewire, Simon built a diverse range of products, from war game simulations to financial systems. Outside of work, he enjoys walking his dogs on the beach, drinking tea, and vibe coding.
