Sinan Theuvsen

Sinan Theuvsen is the founder of Localistique, a Germany-based company providing software and consulting for last-mile delivery operations. He looks back on years of building and leading a route and depot planning tool for a major European parcel carrier, successfully rolled out across multiple countries and embedded into daily operations, turning efficiency gains into measurable cost savings on the ground. Drawing on that operational experience, Sinan has established himself as a subject matter expert in last-mile transformation, building planning software that helps delivery networks across Europe run more efficiently.
