Sonal Madhok is a Technology and Future Liability Analyst within the Willis Research Network at WTW, where she focuses on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics, and future sources of liability. She leads research initiatives and collaborates with universities, industry partners, and subject matter experts to explore how innovations such as physical AI, autonomous systems, and intelligent machines are reshaping risk, governance, and insurability. Prior to joining the Willis Research Network, Sonal worked in a Property and Casualty Broking role at WTW.
