Stephanie Riley

Stephanie Riley is Head of Product at Patchwork Health, a health tech company that builds workforce solutions helping NHS organisations manage staff banks, rostering, and temporary staffing more efficiently, reducing reliance on costly agency staff while giving healthcare teams greater flexibility and control over how they work. Stephanie's path into product began on the front line. She holds a BSc in Adult Nursing and an MSc in Health Informatics, and started her nursing career in Endocrinology at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, before moving into Cardiothoracic and Trauma intensive care at Barts Health NHS Trust. That experience gave her a first-hand understanding of the pressures facing clinical staff, and the moments where the right tools can make all the difference.
