Stephen is a highly experienced Senior Manager / Director with a proven track record in the creation / management and transformation of Global IT delivery teams. With over 25 years of IT experience and 15 years in Financial Services / Banking at companies such as Motability Operations, Collinson Group Insurance, MS Amlin (Lloyds Insurance syndicate) and more recently, CIO Bulgaria, CIO Hungary branch and Head of Dev Ops for Financial Markets and Group Treasury at ING bank.
