Steve McGregor

Steve McGregor started his career in 1979 at the MoD's Chatham and Plymouth Naval bases where he qualified in electrical engineering. After various roles in M&E design, installation and maintenance, he then founded an engineering design consultancy in Kent. In 1999, he began leading the development of large FM businesses, including 12 years with Compass Group Plc, leading the diversified growth of their UK and international businesses. This included twice winning a 7-year, 40 country FM deal with Shell Real Estate. Prior to joining DMA in February 2016, he was National & International Sales Director with Cofely, now Engie. As Executive Chairman at DMA, Steve is leading the launch of the company's flagship award-winning service management platform, BiO®, as a Software as a Service solution in 2026.
