Steve Phillips

Steve Phillips is The Chief Practice Management Officer at USA Financial and has spent over 34 years in the financial services industry as a speaker and trainer, working with advisors, and their teams. He has also led successful consultant teams supporting individual advisors, BD’s, and RIA’s. As a speaker, team leader and passionate educator, Steve was an early adapter of processes around practice management, business refinement and client acquisition working with Duncan MacPherson and Pareto Systems for 16 years and is a Certified Pareto Systems Coach. Steve started The Advisor Protocol, in 2014. Advisor Protocol was acquired by USA Financial in January of 2019.
