Sunny Rekhi

Sunny Rekhi is CTO of Forward Deployed Engineering at Decagon, the conversational AI platform for concierge customer experiences trusted by Hertz, Away, and leading global airlines. He leads the teams embedded directly with Decagon's largest customers, turning agentic AI into production-grade CX at enterprise scale. Before Decagon, Sunny founded Tarsal, a YC-backed cybersecurity startup that was acquired by Monad. Earlier, he was a software engineer at TikTok and Uber, building systems that operated at massive scale. Sunny brings a founder's instinct for speed to how Decagon deploys AI in the field.
