Suresh Seshadri

Dr. Suresh Seshadri, MBBS, FRCOG (Hon), DSc (Hon), is Director of Mediscan Systems, Chennai, and Honorary Secretary (CEO) of Voluntary Health Services, Chennai. He serves as Professor of Practice at IIT Madras and Visiting Professor in Perinatology at SRMC Chennai and PSG Hospital Coimbatore. With over 43 years in ultrasound and fetal medicine, Dr. Seshadri has trained more than 5,000 doctors globally, authored over 100 publications including two books, and delivered over 800 lectures and 19 orations worldwide. Trained in fetoscopic surgery at Necker Hospital, Paris, he has served as ISUOG Ambassador to India and currently serves as ISUOG Treasurer. His social work includes supporting over 450 children with Rare disorders through his Fetal Care Research Foundation” Recognized as "Champion of Chennai" by the KSA Trust in 2018, Dr. Seshadri is widely respected as a pioneer in fetal medicine. Outside medicine, he is passionate about nature photography and amateur radio.
