Susanne Lynch MBE

Susanne Lynch MBE is ICS Chief Pharmacist for NHS Cheshire and Merseyside, providing senior professional leadership across system-wide pharmacy and medicines optimisation. With over two decades of service, her career spans community pharmacy, clinical practice, medicines management, commissioning and integrated care system leadership. She has made a sustained contribution to pharmacy through strategic medicines optimisation, development of integrated pharmacy teams, innovative prescribing approaches, workforce development and effective professional supervision. Her work reflects a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes and reducing health inequalities. She was awarded an MBE in 2021 for outstanding contributions to pharmacy, recognising her leadership and service to the profession. In 2026, she was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Pharmacy, further recognising her sustained contribution and leadership within the pharmacy profession.
