With more than 15 years’ experience across ecommerce, retail, buying and brand partnerships, she specialises in driving profitable omnichannel growth by connecting customer behaviour with commercial proposition and financial performance. At Space NK, she has built and developed the commercial capabilities, forecasting models and operating rhythms needed to drive growth across an increasingly complex omnichannel business, while directly leading the digital trading team across web and app.
