Head Of Structural Biology Science Technology Platform, Francis Crick Institute

Dr Svend Kjær obtained his PhD from the University of Aarhus, Denmark and did postdoctoral work at the Karolinske Institute in Sweden and CRUK, London on the RET receptor tyrosine kinase. He is currently the head of the Structural Biology Science Technology Platform at the Francis Crick Institute which covers Protein Expression, Biophysics, X-ray crystallography and CryoEM.
