Sylvie Coudene

Sylvie Coudène is the Founder of SG07 Advisory, where she advises investors, boards and leadership teams on leadership, organisational capability and value creation during periods of transformation. With over 25 years' experience at Accenture and, more recently, Azets, Sylvie has supported organisations through acquisitions, integrations, large-scale transformation programmes and private equity-backed growth across Europe. At Azets, she established the M&A People function, advising on acquisitions ranging from regional founder-led accounting firms to the KPMG Sweden carve-out. Today, Sylvie works with investors and leadership teams to understand what makes organisations capable of delivering their strategy in an AI-enabled world. Her talks challenge audiences to think beyond AI tools and automation, exploring what AI now demands of leaders, how firms develop future talent and judgement, and how organisations can reinvent themselves while continuing to create value.
