Tania Pemberton

Tania Pemberton is Head of Enablement at Oxford University Press, where she works part-time with international teams and leaders across global markets. Alongside this, she works with leaders and organisations to harness the power of questions helping teams move inquiry from an afterthought to a discipline. A qualified executive coach with a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, she has spent over two decades working across publishing, EdTech, SaaS and education in senior leadership and sales roles. Her Executive MSc in Change Leadership from HEC Paris and Oxford University’s Saïd Business School culminated in a thesis examining the characteristics of questions that drive organisational change research that has become the foundation of her work encouraging leaders and organisations to move questions from the bottom of the agenda to the top.
