Tansy Goodman is a Digital Transformation Coordinator and delivery leader with experience spanning cyber security, AI, enterprise technology, change management and customer engagement. Throughout her career, Tansy has specialised in helping organisations navigate complex transformation by bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes, and translating strategy into meaningful action. Alongside her work in digital transformation, Tansy is Co-Chair of Serco's multicultural inclusion network, Embrace, where she has helped grow engagement, build community participation and create sustainable governance models that empower others to lead.
