Tanya O’Neil is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with nearly 15 years of treasury experience spanning the energy and retail sectors. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in cash and liquidity management, capital markets and funding, strategic planning, banking operations, and project management. Tanya joined Bath & Body Works, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, in August 2021, where she currently serves as Treasury Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees a broad range of treasury activities, helping to drive operational efficiency, optimize liquidity, and support the company's financial objectives. Tanya is passionate about advancing the treasury profession, fostering strong financial stewardship, and giving back to her community through public service.
