Terry Way is the Global Recovery & Claims Delegated Authority Lead within the Claims Governance & Performance Excellence team at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. In this role, he oversees delegated claims authority and recovery operations, helping to ensure effective governance, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and positive customer outcomes across global claims portfolios. Terry works closely with MGAs, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to strengthen oversight frameworks, drive process improvement, and support best practice in claims management. He is passionate about leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance claims performance and recovery results.
