Thom Hetherington

Thom is the founder of Landing Light, a boutique consultancy which helps property developers, city councils and major public institutions shape their vision, strategy and engagement around hospitality and good and drink. Having previously owned the NRB hospitality exhibition and helped launch Restaurant magazine, Thom is currently the restaurant critic for Manchester’s Finest, a trustee of the Tim Bacon Foundation.
