Thomas Keaney is the Founder and CEO of TCES (The Complete Education Solution), a pioneering social enterprise with over 26 years of experience supporting children and young people with complex educational, social, emotional and mental health needs. A qualified social worker with over 35 years of experience in the UK and New York, Thomas is an internationally recognised advocate for therapeutic education, inclusion and systemic reform. Under his leadership, TCES has achieved exceptional outcomes, including a remarkable 26-year record without permanently excluding a single pupil. Thomas also founded National Online School, the UK's first Department for Education-accredited online SEND school, and Great Minds, a specialist therapy and training organisation supporting inclusive educational practice.
