Thorsten Gorba

Dr. Thorsten Gorba currently serves as Sr. CMC Advisor to Aspen Neuroscience. Thorsten is a developmental neuroscientist and stem cell biologist by training, who serves as a consultant to the advanced therapies field both independent and as partner at HOYA Consulting. He has over 25 years of academia, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industry experience. He spent his CMC focused earlier career in roles of increasing biotech cell therapy managerial responsibility at Living Cell Technologies, Stem Cell Sciences Ltd. and StemCells, Inc. Before Joining Aspen, he most recently was the founding Translation Program Director of the Cell and Gene Therapy Center at IQVIA, where he was responsible for its initial build and sustainable operation.
