Tilly Spencer

Tilly joined the Sizewell C Project in 2024 as Chief Technical Officer. Prior to this, she was the Director of Edvance UK for four years, leading on design and engineering delivery for Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C and has previously held various leadership roles within EDF Energy, including Head of Gas Operations and Director on multiple boards. Under Tilly’s leadership the SZC Technical Directorate brings together the technical and engineering capability for design delivery, oversight and governance. Through this, it ensures that all engineering activities align with the highest standards of safety, quality, performance, and efficiency, whilst enforcing our key business imperative of the replication of Hinkley Point C.
