Tim Ashlin

Tim Ashlin is an accomplished cell biologist specialising in drug discovery and innovative screening techniques utilising complex cell models. With key expertise in high throughput screening, target identification, high content imaging, and flow cytometry, Tim has significantly contributed to the field of cell biology through both academic and industry roles. Currently, Tim serves as a Scientific Leader at GSK, where he leads pioneering projects in drug target discovery. Prior to this, he harnessed his skills as a Postdoctoral Training Fellow at The Francis Crick Institute, and as a Research Associate at University College London. Tim's scientific journey began at Cardiff University, where he completed his PhD.
