Tom Brooke is Chief Executive Officer of the Golf Club Managers' Association (GCMA), bringing more than three decades of senior leadership experience across the golf industry. Prior to joining the GCMA, Tom served as Managing Director of Glendale Golf, where he was responsible for one of the UK's largest golf course management businesses, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clubs and facilities. Alongside his role with the GCMA, Tom is Chair of the Great Britain & Ireland Golf Forum, working collaboratively with leading organisations across the industry to help shape the future of golf through partnership, innovation and strategic leadership. Tom is passionate about developing both people and organisations, championing professional standards and supporting golf clubs to adapt and thrive in an increasingly evolving landscape.
