Tom Dyer

Tom is one of the most influential figures in global flair bartending, with over 25 years at the highest level of competition, education, and innovation. A multiple World Champion, and many other competition wins, he has helped shape modern flair bartending. He is co-founder of the World Flair Association (WFA), contributing to the World Tour and global WFA grading standards. Tom sits on the Board of Education for the European Bartender School and owns four locations in London, Milan, Paris, and Cape Town. He is the founder of Flair Camp, a leading week-long flair bartending experience, and the Pro Flair Group, a mentoring programme helping bartenders build careers.
