Tom Porrill

Tom has spent the last 6-years in the development team at Castleforge overseeing heavy cut and carve project delivery in central London, including One Golden Lane in the Barbican and now the Castleforge flagship development, 75 London Wall. Toms background is in Quantity Surveying, having started his career at Mace Cost Consultancy over 10-years ago and becoming a member of the RICS in 2019. Tom has previously worked across office fit-out and hotel refurbishment sectors, but his core skill set is in large scale commercial re-development projects where he oversees commercial management, programme delivery, and contractual matters across all stages of the project lifecycle. On all projects he is an advocate for pushing the bounds of sustainable design to help define the new normal in the central London office market.
