Tom has over 7 years’ experience with expanded access programs partnering with biotech and pharma companies. During this time, Tom has led the development of a robust cell and gene platform to maximise patient access to cell and gene therapies globally. Within Uniphar, Tom’s role is focused on the delivery of strategic projects, collaborating with partners on their EAP strategy while driving innovation in the cell and gene space. Tom has been instrumental in Uniphar’s delivery of over 10 Cell & Gene Therapies to over 650 patients worldwide and has vast experience in navigating the complex scientific, regulatory, and operational challenges that are present in the delivery of cell and gene therapies.
