He has worked on all phases of county facility projects, from leading space programming and visioning efforts and master planning to interior and exterior design. Tommy’s experience includes solving functional planning, design, and security issues prevalent in civic and justice architecture facilities such as courthouse, detention, public safety, and mental health treatment facilities.
