Toni Laaksonen is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of international leadership experience in the global mining technology and services industry He joined FLSmidth in June 2025 as Service Business Line President. Demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to driving operational excellence, he was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer of FLSmidth on February 4, 2026. In his role as CEO, Toni is responsible for steering the company's strategic direction from its corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Before joining FLSmidth, Toni served as President and CEO of Glaston Corporation, a leading technology, solutions, and service provider for the glass processing industry. At Glaston, Toni was instrumental in enhancing the company’s service offerings and global customer support.
